(1). Plus a minimum 3 years of mechanical design experience in a cellular phone environment.

(1). At least 3 years experience of working as the system architect ir chief designer if large scale software.

四.(Senior) DSP Software Engineer(北京) - GSG
Function:R_D
Description:
(1). Multimedia Application Development for Wireless Subscribers
(2). Digital Audio/Video/Speech Application Development
Requirement:
(1). MS degree or BS degree with more than 2 years working experience.
(2). Strong C%26C++ programming background and experience.
(3). Strong Digital Signal Processing algorithm implementation background.
(4). Experience of audio(MP3, WMA, MIDI, AAC etc) or video(MPEG4, H.263, WMV) or vocoder (G.723, G.729 etc) or ASR.
(5). Experience in DSP and ARM is perferable.
(6). Good English skill in listening, Speaking, Reading and writing.
(7). Good personality in team work.


五. Senior Software System Test Engineer/Lead(北京)
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
GSM high-tier mobile phone software system testing, with the following job responsibilities
1) Plan the test requirements, resource and schedule;
2) Design test objectives and develop test cases/procedures;
3) Set up lab test environment (i.e. simulator, server etc);
4) Design and develop test tools and test software (Java/C++);
5) Execute and coordinate the testing required for various projects.
Requirement:
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
1) Bachelor or above on Computer Science/Telecommunication;
2) At least 3 years work experience on software/telecommunication related areas;
3) Strong multimedia experience is required;
4) Java/C++ programming experience is a must;
5) Being familiar with 3GPP (GSM/GPRS/EDGE) protocols, especially OTA interface and Internet protocols, as a plus;
6) Software testing experience, especially on mobile phone testing is preferred;
7) Project management/coordination skills are essential;
8) Teamwork and willingness to accept challenging assignment are necessary;
9) Good English and communication skills are desired.


六. Senior Software Quality Engineer(北京)
(1). 5-10 years of experience in a software development, technical management, project management or quality management position in telecommunication industry.
(2). Mobile phone Linux Java platform experience is highly preferred.
(3). Highly motivated and fast learning capability. Can work efficiently under pressure.
(4). Excellent ability of working in a cross function team.
(5). Familiar with software estimation, software project planning and tracking.
(6). Fluency in both written and spoken English.
(7). Excellent communication skills.
(8). Excellent teamwork skills and ability to form lasting professional relationships with managers in the product teams and platform team.


七. Media Team Leader(北京) - Mobile Device
(1). 7+ years Graphic Design experience
(2). Expert skills in visual design software: Photshop, Illustrator, Flash, After Effects.
(3). 3D software is a plus.


八. Hyperion Development Engineer(北京) - Corporate
(1). At least with experiences of 3 Essbase projects.
(2). Experience for Maxl and Esscmd.
(3). Experiences for ASO cube design, the limitation of ASO, MDX formula, materialize the ASO cube.
(4). Data movement from DB to cube/Cube to DB/Cube to Cube.


九. Senior Interaction Designer(北京) - Mobile Device
(1). Degree in Industrial/ Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Anthropology and/or Cognitive Science, 5+ years related work experience.
(2). Creative problem solving, concept development and communication, design and process methodology.
(3). Ability to speak English, and read and write English


十. Senior Electrical Engineer(Audio/BB/RF/Antenna)(北京) - Mobile Device
(1). Minimum 5 years of RF experience.
(2). Familiar with Mobile phone BB design, e.g Power, Display, etc.
(3). 3-4 years working experience preferred.


十一. Program Manager(北京)
Sector:PCS
Function:Engineering
Description:
-Program Manager will have the overall responsibility from the beginning (working with marketing and customers) to the end (working with the factory to launch the product)
-Program Manager will need to pull together different organizations such as product marketing, different engineering groups, field testing, and manufacturing team to make sure that the product meets its cost, schedule and product requirement.
-Program Manager will be responsible to maintain the schedule of the project; to communicate the status of the project weekly; and to present to management at a regular basis
-Program Manager will need to be able to assess the risk of the project and come up with mitigation plan accordingly. Program Manager is also expected to be able to identify issues and drive them to closures.
-Need to understand the PCS PM process such as M-Gate and others. Program Manager will also be the gate keeper of the Change Control Board.
Requirement:
-Project Management experience is required.
-Be able to work in a matrix organization structure.
-Good presentation, communication, and negotiation skills are a must.
-Familiar with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint is required.
-Good command of English.
-Understand of mobile phone design / development (HW/SW/ME) is helpful.
-Understand of manufacturing / supply chain especially as it relates to New Product Introduction is helpful.

十四. DSP Software development Engineers(成都) - Enterprise Mobility
(1). Strong background of Digital Signal Processing and wireless communication software development
(2). 2 years working experience of DSP application development on Freescale, TI, or ADI DSP chips.
(3). Good communication in English


十五. Embedded Software Development Engineer(成都)
(1). 2+ years experience in Real Time Software development(OSE, Nucleus, VxWorks, RTXC, or SymbianOS).
(2). Strong Knowledge of C/C++, or Assembly language.
